Established in 2000 by Dr. Arthur Kull, KULL FOOD TECHNOLOGIES, LLC specializes in the development of nutritionally and functionally unique food ingredients, as well as a line of gluten-free retail products sold under the KULL DUDE'S label. Industrial products currently offered are:
  • Potato Extracts: Although the major part of these extracts are composed of carbohydrates, they are also rich in proteins and peptides, natural minerals and antioxidants. Thier major application is as flavors and flavor enhancers as they have a good potato flavor as well as a strong savory and salty note.
  • Starch Replacer: Our ultra-fine potato flour is a great food thickener and can act as an emulsifier with vegetable oils.
  • Tomato Extract: A tomato extract is currently under development.
